The "Realm of Aces" Ladder

The RAF is full of Aces of all calibers.

Some are more deadly than others.

This will settle the debate!

Do you have the guts?

The concept is simple. The competition will be the toughest in the world. We will start the event with 32 pilots of the RAF 662. This number will be cut in half each week for 5 weeks. This will leave us with one pilot. This pilot will have killed 5 other pilots without getting killed himself making him an actual Ace. This honor is no small matter. We are talking about flying against some of the best pilots in the virtual skies.

The Rules:

All battles are to be fought in CFS 1 only.

Each battle is to be fought within the conditions posted for the week. There will be different scenery areas and daylight conditions imposed each week and these must be adhered to.

The only "Do overs" will be due to collisions. If one plane blows up from a collision due to the "TG2 Effect" then the battle must be restarted with fresh planes.

Ammo and fuel will be limited at all times! If both planes run out of ammo but damage has been done, then both planes must land. If both land safely then the battle will be reset and continued with fresh planes. If one pilot crashes on landing then he loses!

You can fly any stock CFS plane. You do not have to fly the same plane as your adversary. Add-on planes are permitted provided that both pilots agree to it's use.

Pairings for battles will be posted on Sundays. All competitors will have the responsibility of contacting their adversary and setting up their individual flights. (You can get all the email addresses at the 662 web site or just use the email redirect provided by the RAF 662)

Playing on the Zone or via IP address is left to the discretion of all pilots.

Roger Wilco is optional. If it is giving you problems then don't turn it on!

All pairings will be made by me at random. (Actually, my 4 year old daughter Danielle will be picking your names out of a hat for each round. Bribes of Disney dollars and Toy's R Us credits can be sent to her)
